What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery within the Rep of Ireland and Northern Ireland is generally €15.00 which really depends of the volume of material that is to be shipped please Contact + 353 1 838 8810 for further details. All items dispatched will have a track and trace reference number which will be supplied to the customer by email on the day of dispatch. (All delivery prices exclude vat)
How long does delivery take?
The majority of deliveries in Ireland are usually next day (Including Dublin) but can take any between 2 to 5 working days, Europe up to 7 days and the rest of the world will depend on geographical location and the time of the year.Same day delivery service is available in certain areas and will incur additional costs.
How will I know when to expect my delivery?
The carrier company will usually contact you by telephone on or prior to the day of delivery to arrange a suitable delivery time.
Important Note: Please remember to include a contact telephone number on your order form when submitting same.(ROI only)
What happens if I’m out when a delivery is attempted?
Don’t worry the carrier company will usually reattempt delivery, However, if unsuccessful on a third attempt your order may be returned to us.
This will be deemed as a new delivery and will incur a new delivery charge at the rate than current. (ROI only)
What is the procedure of a delivery to a business address or nominated address?
Where a business address or nominated place of delivery is chosen as the preferred delivery address, please be aware that the carrier may not be able to have the order signed for by the person who originally placed the order. The parcel may be left with goods in, the post room, the reception area, your nominee etc., where the carrier will obtain a signature for the order delivered. To avoid any confusion please only arrange delivery to your workplace etc., once you have confirmed that the above is acceptable. Neither lowcostprintireland nor its preferred carrier will be held responsible for any loss or damage once your order has been delivered.
How will my order be packaged?
All our orders dispatched will be packed to a very high standard to ensure that they arrive in pristine condition.
My print order or part of is damaged, what do I do?
When goods have been damaged we advise the following procedure to take place in order to have a valid claim. Send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org within one hour of receipt of goods and please include the following information, your full name, name of print order and an accurate description of the damage. You must also email us digital photographs of the parcel itself and the damaged product(s). Please note all orders that we dispatch are recorded by photo before leaving our premises.

Do I have to sign for the goods I receive?
Yes, all customers or their nominated agents are required to sign for the goods they receive as proof of delivery (POD).
Customers who do not follow proper procedure may find that the carrier will refuse delivery (discretion of the carrier) and will further invalidate any claim you may have for damaged or missing goods. All our parcels will have track and trace reference number.
Can I collect my completed order?
Yes, you can collect your order at our offices in Dublin which will help you save the cost of delivery, however a prior appointment is strictly required.
