Is located in Ireland?
Yes we are, unlike many other online printing websites who claim to be Irish owned and use an Irish domain name with an Irish postal address which is usually only a virtual one. We are proud to say that we are 100% Irish owned, employing Irish workers and paying Irish tax and vat.

Does print individual sheets from email?
Yes we do, but we have a strict minimum spend policy of €20 ex. vat.  

How do I place a printing order?
The most efficient way is to firstly email your print ready artwork to us together with the quantity, whether it is printed one side or two and the type of paper/card you require, make sure to include a contact phone number.
On receipt we will send you back a price and a collection/delivery date. We will then contact you so you can make payment.
If for any reason you do not have print ready artwork thats no problem as we can design it for you. and  

I have sent an email to but never received a reply?
We will always reply to all emails received, after all our success is based on the work we receive from our clients. The only reason we would not reply to an email is because we have not received it. It is important to ensure that you use the correct email address when contacting us, If your print order is required urgently it is advisable to call us on 01 838 8810 to make sure we have received your email.

Can l order online?
Unfortunately we do not provide an online shopping service because we have opted to provide a more personal shopping experience by allowing customers to visit our offices for advice or to place their order in person.

What will happen if I submit my artwork in the incorrect size?
Not to worry, because at we understand that mistakes happen and it is for this reason that we thoroughly check all artwork sizes before going to print and if your artwork is not in the correct size we will advise in advance before printing commences.

Do I have to pay for delivery?
Yes, delivery within ROI is €15 ex vat up to 20 kilos.

Can I purchase extra prints from my original order?
Yes, all work carried out by us is archived for up to 3 days for all non account customers after your order has been collected/delivered. 

How do I pay for my order?
All orders must be paid for in advance because our business model does not allow us to give credit as we do not have an accounts receivable department. All orders will be processed at time of order by our sales team with an automated receipt/invoice generated and emailed to you. You have the option to pay over the phone by credit/debit card or by PayPal.

Do I have to make a prior appointment, if I want to place my order in person?
Yes, we operate by appointment only.

Can I increase the quantity of my initial order before it goes to print?.
Yes of course you can, all quantities can be increased, however you must notify us from the date your initial order was submitted or on the same day of your proof approval.

Will my completed printed product have the URL stamp on it?
It may have but it will totally depend on the printing product that your have ordered.

What type of material does use to print on?
We only use paper and card derived from sustainable forests.

What will happen if I order a particular label size you don’t have?
We usually carry a large selection of popular size labels, but in the event
we do not have the size you require we can either order same into stock (Usually takes about 24 hrs) or if you require them urgently we can offer you an alternative size close to your specifications.
