How do I place a printing order?
The most efficient way is to firstly email your print ready artwork to us together with the quantity, whether it is printed one side or two and the type of paper/card you require, make sure to include a contact phone number.
On receipt we will send you back a price and a collection/delivery date. We will then contact you so you can make payment.
If for any reason you do not have print ready artwork thats no problem as we can design it for you. and  

I would like to place an order with lowcostprintireland.com but I am unsure of what the finished product will look like.
For peace of mind we will print you a colour sample of your product before printing the full quantity ordered. (T’s&C’s apply)

I have sent an email to Lowcostprintireland.com but never received a reply?
We will always reply to all emails received, after all our success is based on the work we receive from our clients. The only reason we would not reply to an email is because we have not received it. It is important to ensure that you use the correct email address when contacting us, info@lowcostprintireland.com If your print order is required urgently it is advisable to call us on 01 838 8810 to make sure we have received your email.

What is a “Colour Proof”?

A colour proof is a preview of the design which we have created on your behalf. For efficiency all proofs are emailed to you so you can view it on your computer or mobile device. It ensures that all the information that you have supplied to us for designing your product is correct before it is printed. (Please note, screen resolutions usually vary in quality from device to device.

Can l order online?
Unfortunately we do not provide an online shopping service because we have opted to provide a more personal shopping experience.

What will happen if I submit my artwork in the incorrect size?
Not to worry, because at lowcostprintireland.com we understand that mistakes happen and it is for this reason that we thoroughly check all artwork sizes before going to print and if your artwork is not in the correct size we will advise in advance before printing commences.

Do I have to pay for delivery?
Unfortunately we do not offer free delivery but we do offer free collection with late night opening Monday, Tuesday & Thursdays.

Is lowcostprintireland.com open on Saturday mornings?
Yes, on occasion we are open, but strictly by prior appointment only.

How long does it take to receive a proof?
A proof can take anything up to a maximum of 3 working days but it really all depends on the complexity of your artwork. Orders paid for by PayPal may take longer to process. However for orders that are required in a hurry we provide an express same day printing service.

Can I purchase extra prints from my original order?
Yes, all work carried out by us is archived just in case you require extra prints from the original document.

How do I pay for my order?
All orders must be paid for in advance because our successful business model does not allow us to give credit as we do not have an accounts receivable department. All orders will be processed at time of order by our sales team with an automated receipt/invoice generated and emailed to you. You have the option to pay over the phone by credit/debit card or by PayPal.

What happens if I don’t have my own artwork?
Not to worry because at lowcostprintireland.com we have our own modern graphic design studio where we can create your artwork for you.

Do I have to make a prior appointment, if I want to place my order in person?
Yes, we would highly recommend due to COVID 19 that you organise an appointment prior to travelling to us because our reception area can now only cater for a maximum of 2 persons.

Can I increase the quantity of my initial order before it goes to print?.
Yes of course you can, all quantities can be increased, however you must notify us from the date your initial order was submitted or on the same day of your proof approval.

I received an email from lowcostprintireland.com but there was no proof attached?
Unfortunately from time to time clients who have supplied us with certain email addresses have experienced problems receiving their attachments/proofs which sometimes ends up in their junk folder. If you notify us of this we will resend the original email to you.

Can I telephone for assistance if need be?
Yes, of course you can. You can phone us between the hours of 9am – 6pm to speak to a member of our team who will gladly answer any enquiry you may have. Telephone: 01 838 8810

Can I get a spelling mistake that I have noticed on my proof corrected? Yes, simply email us with the correction(s) that is required and we will send you a revised proof at no extra charge. (T’s&C’s apply)

Will my completed printed product have the lowcostprintireland.com URL stamp on it?
It may have but it will totally depend on the printing product that your have ordered.

What type of material does lowcostprintireland.com use to print on?
We only use paper and card derived from sustainable forests.

How can I view my proof?
To view your proof, you will need a copy of Acrobat Reader installed on your device, You can downloaded for free at www.adobe.com.

Can I change my artwork altogether after receiving my proof?
All work is carried out from the instructions provided by you to lowcostprintireland.com on the day of ordering or from receipt of your print ready artwork. If any redesign, major alterations or extra additions (photos) etc, other than spelling mistakes caused in the design process are required in anyway whatsoever by the customer an extra charge will apply accordingly as additional computer time has to be allocated.
(Changes can be made free of change prior to the time of the customer receiving their proof but only if the artwork has not been started by our artwork department)
